Ownership and context

Me vs Artist

Available

Personal and shared work have different owners.

Private compositions, personal gear, and personal settings belong to you. Songs, sessions, and decisions inside an Artist belong to that shared workspace.

A leader can add a suggestion to Repertoire directly. Voting helps the decision but never adds a song automatically.

The song lifecycle

Available

Songs move from consideration to performance through explicit stages.

A chosen song enters Repertoire in Preparing, directly or from Suggestions. It moves through In rehearsal to Gig-ready. Archive preserves its history and origin.

Readiness vs band progress

Your readiness and the band's arrangement progress answer different questions.

Not assessed, Not started, Learning, and Ready describe one member in every song stage. Learning means you still need to prepare your part before rehearsing together. The private practice-list choice leaves My status unchanged. Rough, Playable, and Tight assess the band’s shared work; Gig-ready is an explicit leader decision.
